My Story-Our Story

Kurt Kramer

It started during the Blizzard of 1978 in Royerton Indiana. I was delivering newspapers on cross country skies because I knew my customers would get mad at me if they didn’t get their evening press and I liked my customers happy. I was able to not miss a delivery and they appreciated it, some offering tips and hot chocolate. I didn’t realize then so much that I was all about making customers happy and as my life journey continued I came to the realization that I liked happy people. Through the years no matter if I was delivering papers, pumping gas, running a family business or simply volunteering with local sports leagues, I liked happy people. I also realized that how I took care of people, even in the toughest of situations, if I took care of them the way I would like to be taken care of they appreciated it. Now, does that mean all of my experiences were positive? Absolutely not! But I learned from those negative experiences and adjusted my approach to try my best to have a positive experience even when it was inevitable that it was going a touchy situation. 

Karen Pardieck 
I started at Kramer insurance in late 2016, and so far my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I have lived in Muncie my entire life and graduated from Delta High School. Kurt and I have known each other since middle school, and I was thrilled when Kurt offered me a position at his agency. Having an old friend as my boss is just the icing on the cake. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter Kiley and my soon to be son in law, Coty. I also enjoy spending my time by the pool.

Reggie

Reggie, well lets just say he is a great service dog and a awesome marketer. Reggie and I met September of 2017, when we both could use a friend. Reggie and I took care of one another and are pretty much inseparable. Reggie has made lots of friends through the insurance business and continues to build his book of clients every day!
